Kotama's assistant Hanan, who draws erotic manga, is bad at drawing and slow at work. He has a strange habit of becoming lustful when he sees a woman in a uniform. One day, Kotama witnesses Rumi and her patient having sex on the roof of the hospital, and Noran sees Yoko and Rumi having lesbian play...
