trilogy of letters and territories

These three films represent an attempt to map the body and the territories of its experience, crafted from letters, visual imagery, and AI-driven virtualizations of reality. W or Vanishing: A film-correspondence and an exploration of nostalgia—how it shifts sensually through the divergence of living in different worlds. Paysage: A "film-observation," woven from 10–15 second horizontal clips of various landscapes captured between March 2, 2022, and August 12, 2024. Paysage of Vanishing: A convergence of the two previous films exploring the "deception" of the visual image. It uses AI to distort and reconstruct perception, provoking the fading—and sometimes the total death—of the original referent.
