Made to commemorate the 50th Jubilee of the Ladies' Scottish climbing Club, the film shows a reconstruction of women climbers from 1908 dressed in Edwardian climbing gear. It features three members of the club climbing on The Campsie Fells (Jenny's Lum Buttress). The women leave the skirts and jackets at the base of the rock face and climb in pants equipped with hemp ropes and nailed boots. While descending the hills, they stop to have a rest and fall asleep. When they wake up, it's 1958. They meet two women in shorts and we can appreciate the contrasting styles in the way of dressing.
