Under him, the president of the Japan Horse Racing Promotion Association came to ask for help. Kawai, the former president of the Liberal Democratic Party, who is aiming for a comeback in the presidential election, has demanded 30 billion election funds. So Ginji offers Kawai a horse race for Sashi, who bets 30 billion.
