María Elena Olivares

Biography

María Elena Olivares (Veracruz, 1935) is a renowned Mexican actress in theater, film, and television, known for appearing in TV series such as Capadocia (2008), Drenaje profundo (2011), and Huérfanas (2011). She made her Hollywood debut in the film Blink Twice (2024), directed by Zoë Kravitz.

Olivares grew up in Veracruz, where she began acting. At the age of 11, she moved to Mexico City and joined the program Legión Infantil de Madrugadores on XEKL.
