Michel van Egmond

Biography

Michel van Egmond (Voorburg, March 26, 1968) is a Dutch journalist and writer. He is the first author to win the NS Public Prize two years in a row. In 2013 he received the prize for Gijp, and a year later for Kieft. In 2017 he received the prize for De wereld volgens Gijp. With this, Van Egmond became the first writer to win the prize three times.
