Minh Phat

Biography

Minh Phat is a Canadian chef based in Montreal, Quebec. His parents are Vietnamese immigrants of Chinese descent. He worked as a chef for the Chinatown-based Orange Rouge, until the restaurant closed its doors during the COVID-19 pandemic.
