As a filmmaker, Ghanem is known for working completely independently, directing original stories on ultra-low budgets. He earned significant online traction when his mid-length horror film The Tooth Keeper (2025) went viral on Reddit, drawing over 100,000 combined views and showcasing his ability to craft suspenseful, high-impact narratives with limited resources.
