Yoshimi Ishikawa

Biography

Yoshimi Ishikawa is a baker and business owner originally from Tokyo. She currently resides in Paris. Her French name is Yoshimi Landemaine. Together with her husband, pastry chef Rodolphe Landemaine, she runs a bakery and pastry shop dedicated to traditional methods using natural sourdough. She operates four locations in Japan.
