Akim Arziev

Biography

I was born in Almaty, Kazakhstan. As a child, I loved the exact sciences and chess, and I never had any interest in cinema.

In the summer of 2023, I watched "Oppenheimer" in the theater; that was the exact moment I realized I wanted to dedicate my life to film—both watching and creating movies. I am currently studying at CATEC College and making short films about profound human issues that anyone might face.
