H R Khai, born Richo Habung, is an Indian actor, singer, songwriter and composer from Arunachal Pradesh, Northeast India. He began his music journey in 2021 and has developed an independent career through emotional pop, indie pop and personal storytelling.

Alongside music, H R Khai has expanded into screen acting. He plays Hai, one of the lead characters in the Korean BL series BOUND (바운드), marking an important step in his acting career.
