Igor Paskar

Biography

Igor Paskar is a Ukrainian theater director, journalist, and magazine editor, best known as the husband of sand artist Kseniya Simonova and the key figure behind her international success. He married Simonova in 2007, and the couple settled in Crimea. He played a pivotal role in the launch of his wife's artistic career, suggesting that she create a sand art piece as part of a new project for his theater company, "Private Collection." In June 2008, Igor and Kseniya jointly founded the charity "Live, My Sun!" Through this foundation, they collaborate with the Orthodox Church to provide medical assistance, cancer treatments, and support for sick children, young mothers, and orphans.
