Matt performs surgery on a heifer with a lump that's growing larger at a worrying rate, Rohin is shocked by a Siamese cat's sizeable problem, and there's a horse with suspected colic.

Shona tries to deliver a cow called Tinkerbell's calf. But Tinkerbell isn't very fairy like - and her kicking doesn't make it easy for Shona and the team to get to work.

Julian rushes out to an emergency at an old friend's farm. Matt meets a cat called Bagpuss who is nothing like his TV namesake. And Shona visits the stables where she learnt to ride.

David Melleney and Rohin Aojula team up to try to save a cow and her unborn calf. The cow's uterus is twisted, and David fears the worst. However, when he sees a glimmer of hope, there's a big decision to make.
