Nightclub Shooter or Mistaken Identity?

Following a drunken altercation outside a Long Island Nightclub, a mystery gunman fires several shots injuring a club doorman; the whole incident is captured on CCTV and the next day the accused is arrested and charged with Assault in the First-Degree; the Defense argues the footage is inconclusive; is the accused a victim of mistaken identity, or is he guilty as charged?
