Father and Son team Steve and Jamie are called to the home of a compulsive shopper, an ex-disco dancing champion trying to cope with a mountain of purchases. Maxine and Jasmine tackle a troublesome microwave, and George and Connor have a blood biohazard clean to contend with.

In Wales, sisters Yvonne and Angela are called to a large house which was abandoned after its young owner had been struggling to cope. And in Stevenage, mum and daughter cleaning team Maxine and Jasmine tackle a house that was - until recently - home to 12 cats.

Mother and daughter cleaning team Maxine and Jasmine take on a house filled with 30 years' worth of arts and crafts materials. Yvonne and Angela tackle a flat covered in rubbish and dog mess, and ex-Army man Steve faces a shocking toilet that even he can't clean.

Maxine and Jasmine help a Dover lady who has been struggling to clean since becoming a full-time carer for her wheelchair-bound husband. In Tamworth, sisters Yvonne and Angela tackle a two-bed house for a man facing eviction because he hasn't cleaned in nearly three decades.

In Glasgow, Steve and Jamie are called to the home of a man who has been struggling since the deaths of both his partner and his best friend only a few years ago. The bedroom became a dumping ground and he's living, sleeping and eating in only one room, which is covered in rotten food, broken kitchen appliances and cigarette butts.
