Sarah shares the news that she wants to have her breasts made more natural with her friend Sally, while Amanda researches her dream surgery. However, she is frightened by how violent the procedure is.

Amanda goes for a preliminary examination and is excited about whether the dream operation is possible. Sarah has made the decision to have new breasts made, but boyfriend Türker does not see the problem with the current ones.
3Episode 3
The day of Sarah's breast surgery has arrived, but she is very nervous about whether the result will live up to her dreams. Amanda is considering backing out, as she is very afraid of the operation.
4Episode 4
After the operation, Sarah wakes up happy and dazed at the same time. Amanda is nervous until the end, especially when the surgeon shows the many places where she will be cut.
5Episode 5
Tears roll down Amanda's cheeks when she sees her new body. But are they happy tears or sad tears? Sarah goes to the follow-up, where she is anxious about the verdict on her new suit.
6Episode 6finale
Amanda casts a plaster cast of her new body, but it doesn't go quite as planned. Sarah excitedly shows her boyfriend Türker before and after pictures of her breasts, but she is anxious about his reaction.
