Jacqueline from Veldhoven raises the alarm after discovering via hidden messages that her sister and eight-year-old niece are being held hostage by her sister's Egyptian husband. The man is reportedly extremely violent and has taken their passports. They are allegedly locked up all day in a house in a remote village, without Jacqueline having a concrete address. In her desperation, she turns to John for help.
2Case File: Marcus
In early 2024, John and his team, along with Marcus, traveled to Bali hoping to reunite him with his two sons, who had been abducted in 2018. However, after a tense confrontation with the mother's new partner, the team returned to the Netherlands empty-handed. A year and a half later, new information caused an unexpected twist in the case. Determined to persevere, John and Marcus decide to travel to Indonesia again in the hope of finally realizing the long-awaited moment of reunion.
