Daultabad Fort, Maharashtra

The Daultabad Fort in Maharashtra is one of the most splendid architectural marvel situated on a conical hill about 200 meters high. It was the seat of the governance for the Yadava dynasty, Delhi Sultanate and Ahmadnagar Sultanate. Most of the present-day fortification at Daulatabad Fort was constructed under the Ahmadnagar Sultanate.
