On car crashes, but as PC Brian Camsell reads the riot act to the bashful boy racer another car hurtles past despite the heavy police presence, mounts the kerb and bursts a tyre, but this driver isn't stopping. As Brian races to catch him up it soon becomes clear what this dangerous driver has to hide
