On this season of Pros vs. Joes, there will be one sport played in each episode (football - 4 episodes, and basketball - 4 episodes) featuring three skill competitions and a three-on-three final game, pitting the Pros against the Joes.
1Bragging Rights: NBA Vs. NFL
Current NFL players take on the NBA Pros, as NFL muscle collides with NBA skill. The NFL Joes force their will down low and successfully run a fastbreak, concluding with a 3 on 3 basketball game against the former NBA Champions.
2The Wildcat Originator
Joes attempt to bring down Michael Vick, test Vick's accuracy, and stop a pass from the crafty QB out of the Wildcat formation he made famous, an exciting 3 on 3 game of football follows.
317's the Magic Number
Joes try to match Chris Mullin shot for shot, take on the smothering defense of all three Pros, and try to post up against Rick Fox, all leading up to a duel against the Pros in a final 3 on 3 game of basketball.
4The Bucs are Back in Town
Can the Joes crash through the defense of Derrick Brooks, knockdown passes from Pro Bowl QB Jeff Garcia, bring down power runner Warrick Dunn and battle it out against these former Tampa Bay teammates.
5Trash Talk Heard 'Round the World!
The Joes try to out rebound Hakeem "The Dream" Olajuwon and Isaiah Rider. Brent Barry's accuracy is challenged shot for shot, and the Joes try to post up Hakeem in the final 3 on 3 game of basketball.
6Don't Let the Size Fool You
The Joes are pitted against All-Pro Tackle Derrick Brooks, rattle Michael Vick, and stop All-Pro RB Warrick Dunn. Plus Michael Vick plays defense in the 3 on 3 final game of football.
7Can Experience Beat Youth?
Joes go against Chris Mullin, try to defend Kenny Smith, and beat former Slam Dunk Champ Isaiah Rider to nail the buzzerbeater. The final 3 on 3 matches the Joes against three of the NBA's greatest scoring veterans.
8Can't Shake Lavarfinale
The Joes clash with Lavar Arrington in a head to head tackling drill, stop Superbowl Champ Isaac Bruce from catching passes, sack Pro Bowl QB Jeff Garcia and battle it out in a 3 on 3 final game of football.
