Alex vs Desserts

Three seasoned dessert chefs from across the United States challenge Alex Guarnaschelli in two sweet rounds of cooking. Representing California, Washington and Texas, the chefs are betting their skills with pastry can give them a chance at taking down Chef Alex. Will their skill in pastry get them the win, or will Alex surprise them with her dessert knowledge? Judges Sherry Yard and Dahlia Narvaez will decide.
