Top junior handler Emerson copes with her dog's illness and possible retirement as she competes to qualify for the National Championships and Westminster. Fellow competitor Turner tries to keep focus on training during major changes in his family life.

Coach Jody's team prepares to face their top rivals in Tulsa. Emerson attempts to train her new, unruly puppy. Turner competes with his girlfriend, Emma, in the ring while shy Eva joins the team as a first-time dog handler.
3Rewarding bad behavior
Emma wants to join Jody's team, but first needs to mend a longstanding rift with one of its members. Emerson struggles with Akilah, while Eva must overcome severe anxiety before her first competition. Camryn's need for perfection starts to take its toll.

Jody decides to let Emma join her team, but has regrets after a huge blow-up between them during her first competition. Emerson tests her mom’s patience with too much babying and bonding with her young show dog Akilah.

Camryn’s stress and self-doubt grow as she continues to place second in competitions. Emma apologizes for her disruptive actions and tries to move on. Lily wants to buck the old-fashioned dog show dress code for girls by wearing pants.

Jody’s juniors feel the pressure as they head to their last competition in Texas. Griffin prepares for his final show in his class, while Camryn has her eyes on a Best Junior ribbon. Turner needs one more win to qualify for Nationals, but will he trip up?
