In this first film, Aleksandar interviews investigators and witnesses alike about Sasquatch sightings in the state of New Hampshire. Having experienced something truly unexplained for himself, Aleksandar sets out to see if he can duplicate an experience that he had during a late-night encounter with what might very well be a Bigfoot. Beyond the Trail takes you into the backcountry of America in search of Bigfoot. Directed by Aleksandar Petakov and produced by Seth and Adrienne Breedlove, this new series of short films will also occasionally intersect with various Small Town Monsters films!

2Sasquatch in the Pine Tree State
Does Bigfoot inhabit the forested regions of northern Maine? Researchers and witnesses alike seem to think so. Aleksandar Petakov journeys to the most forested state in the lower 48 in search of evidence of the creatures existence. Along the way he talks with witnesses and researchers, as well as Cryptozoologist, Loren Coleman about the long history of Sasquatch sightings in the state.
3Bigfoot at Bluff Creek
Investigators Aleks and Eli travel from San Francisco to Humboldt county, through the redwoods and into the little town of Willow Creek, self proclaimed Bigfoot capital of the world, to investigate recent Bigfoot activity on a property with Animal Planets Finding Bigfoot star James “Bobo” Fay. After this they venture to the remote Bluff Creek area, where in the 1950’s logging crews discovered strange prints that would later be dubbed “Bigfoot”. They investigate this historic area with the Bluff Creek Project, as well as spend a night at the famed Patterson-Gimlin Film Site nearby. They experience seemingly inexplicable events while in this rugged wilderness.
4Bigfoot Mountain
Aleksandar Petakov and Eli Watson head to Oregon in their continuing search for Sasquatch. They visit the North American Bigfoot Center, and interview researchers, Cliff Barackman and Connor Anderson before trekking to one of the hottest Bigfoot destinations in North America; the Mount Hood wilderness.

6Rocky Mountain Sasquatch
Aleksandar Petakov and Eli Watson journey to the majestic Rocky Mountains of Colorado continuing their search for the elusive Sasquatch. They first visit the Sasquatch Outpost museum in Bailey, Colorado, spending time with owner and researcher Jim Myers in the wilderness, interviewing researchers along the way before spending a few days on a rural ranch where lots of strange activity has been reported.
7Olympic Bigfoot
Aleksandar and Eli head to the Olympic Peninsula of Washington state for an in-depth exploration of the purported Bigfoot nests discovered by the Olympic Project! 8The Monster of Minerva
Beyond the Trail heads to Minerva, Ohio in search of the infamous Minerva Monster. There they set up camp on the same property that The Bigfoot Project is filmed on. This episode features in-depth eyewitness interviews and a bigger-picture look at the history of the Minerva Monster and Sasquatch sightings around the region.

Aleks and Eli travel deep into the High Uintas in the search for Sasquatch. While Utah might not be the most popular state for Bigfoot researchers, reports have come out of the area. 15Tracking New Hampshire's Bigfoot
After the discovery of an interesting footprint in Central New Hampshire in late March, Aleks and the Beyond the Trail crew are joined by local investigators to scour the area for any other evidence that might point to Sasquatch moving through the area.

In this installment of Beyond the Trail, Aleks Petakov heads deep into the epic Cascade mountains of Washington state. Sharing footage from an experience he had in the fall of 2024 outside of Packwood, Washington, Aleks returns to the area in the summer of 2025 with investigators Kirk Brandenburg and Nathaniel Bronis. Together they spend a few days investigating a remote high alpine lake with a history of Sasquatch encounters.
52The Alaskan Hidden Sasquatch
In this installment of Beyond the Trail, Aleks Petakov is back in Alaska and focusing on Sasquatch sightings and encounters in South-Central Alaska, on the outskirts of what little civilization exists in the state. Investigators RobRoy Menzies of the Bigfoot Art Gallery and "Chuke" of Chuke's Outdoor Adventures recount various sightings in locations across the Matanuska-Susitna Valley like Hatcher Pass, Chickaloon, Eklutna Lake, Eagle River and near Anchorage. RobRoy takes Aleks to the location of an encounter he had this past winter with a strange whistling creature pushing trees over. With recent brown bear attacks in the area, Aleks and RobRoy tread lightly, highlighting the mortal risk Alaska carries even close to town.

In this installment of Beyond the Trail, Aleks Petakov makes his long-awaited return to the mysterious “Area A” on Alaska’s Kenai Peninsula to investigate for a week. Previously featured in the “Alaskan Coastal Sasquatch” and “Dark Coast” series, this remote area has produced a lot of strange stories and occurrences over the years.

55When Sasquatch Appears! Revisiting the Minerva Monster
In this installment of Beyond the Trail, Aleks returns to Minerva in Eastern Ohio, made famous by the Minerva Monster story of the 1970's, featured in the first ever Small Town Monsters documentary in 2015. While there he visits with STM crew members Heather Moser and Seth Breedlove on Heather's property as they recount Seth's encounter during the filming of The Bigfoot Project in 2021, conducting a full recreation of the event. Aleks explores the area further and Heather talks about recent activity in this rural part of Ohio.
56Seen in the Dark? The Sasquatch Surveillance Project
In this installment of Beyond the Trail, Aleks is invited out to an undisclosed research area in the Cascade mountains of Washington state with a long history of Sasquatch activity in order to spend time with researchers Nathaniel Bronis, Kirk Brandenberg and Chris and Rebekah Spencer. Alongside researcher/benefactor Bart Cutino, collectively the group is conducting a one-of-a-kind long term thermal and audio Sasquatch surveillance project in this area. Along the way they share the technical aspects, challenges and goals of this ambitious endeavor, as well as the long history of encounters and ultimately why they believe this is the best area for their efforts.
57Braxton County Bigfoot Encounters
In this installment of Beyond the Trail, Aleks heads back to the mountain state of West Virginia to Braxton County. Visiting the local West Virginia Bigfoot Museum, co-founder and owner Laurel tells him about recent activity not far from town in the remote stretches of woods around Sutton Lake in Braxton County. Spending a night in the area, Aleks hears some unusual vocalizations and investigates the area, encountering all sorts of other wildlife sign as well.
58Into the Red River Gorge
In this installment of Beyond the Trail, Aleks journeys to the Red River Gorge in Kentucky's Daniel Boone National Forest, where stories of hairy manlike creatures roaming the forests date back to the time of Daniel Boone himself. Exploring the rugged terrain and various areas within the Gorge itself, historic and contemporary Sasquatch accounts from the area are discussed.
59In Search of the Kiamichi Mountain Sasquatch
In this installment of Beyond the Trail, Aleks ventures out to the Kiamichi mountains of Southeastern Oklahoma, long known for Sasquatch encounters. Along the way, he visits the Bigfoot Museum of Oklahoma in Clayton to speak with founder Tanya Kordek and from there spends time in the Kiamichi Wilderness on property with a history of activity and recent sightings. One location in particular is a small hunting cabin in which the previous occupant alleged that something actually attempted to break into the cabin at some point, among other stories.
60Into the Valley of the Apes: Area X
In this installment of Beyond the Trail, Aleks continues his exploration of the Kiamichi mountains of Southeastern Oklahoma. After a brief visit to the small town of Honobia, infamous for an incident from the late 1990's known as the "siege of Honobia", Aleks continues on to link up with local investigators including former members of the North American Wood Ape Conservancy (NAWAC). Together they explore an area that has become known as the "Valley of the Apes" in which NAWAC has documented strange activity for quite a number of years, including near their primary research location known only as Area X.
61Sooner State Sasquatch
In this installment of Beyond the Trail, Aleks resumes his exploration of the Kiamichi and Ouachita mountains of Southeastern Oklahoma. Having previously visited an area coined the "Valley of the Apes", he continues on in a nearby area, linking up with the Red Dirt Cryptids Investigations group headed by Brian Terrell. They spend three nights in an area known for strange activity deep in the Ouachita Mountains, exploring and documenting their search.
62Texas Swamp Sasquatch
In this installment of Beyond the Trail, Aleks heads to the swamps and piney woods of East Texas to meet with local investigators and head out onto the infamous Caddo Lake. Along the way he stops in Fouke Arkansas, home of the "Fouke Monster" of Boggy Creek lore as well as Jefferson, Texas, which has dubbed itself the "Bigfoot capital of Texas".
63The Sabine Sasquatch
In this installment of Beyond the Trail, Aleks continues his exploration of the vast piney woods of East Texas to the home of a local creature known as the "Sabine Thing". Along the way he interviews local investigator Jeff Stewart and venturing into areas of the Sabine National Forest with local Glenn Haskins, showcasing areas with a history of strange activity and stories of creature sightings.
