8Idaho Perch Fishing
Ryan "Cal" Callaghan hits the Idaho hard water with Fritz aka @old.time.hawkey in search of "Cascade Gold". After exploring the ice on snowmobile the angling duo team up with Jordan Messner and Mike Thomas from the Idaho Fish and Game Fisheries department to learn why Lake Cascade is home to world record yellow perch. Hockey, cold pops, perch roe donuts and fisheries management.
9Texas Aoudad with Cal and Kimi
In this episode, Kimi Werner trades in her speargun for a rifle and joins Cal in west Texas to hunt aoudad sheep. Cal and Kimi are accompanied by guide and world renowned Navy Seal sniper trainer, Terry Houin. Before they pound the hills for sheep, Terry gives Kimi a methodical hunt-style shooting lesson to help her acclimate and mold confidence. Terry's training and guidance ultimately brings a sheep to the smoker and a new found passion towards rifle hunting for Kimi.
10Big Island Jungle Fowl
Ryan Callaghan hunts The Big Island for turkey and peacock with Danny Bolton. Danny hosts Cal on his family's farm which is home to a portion of Hawaii’s plentiful Rio Grand turkey population. Wet weather slows down the midday turkey game, so Cal decides to pursue another recently added game bird to the island - peacocks. Soon after Cal jump-shoots and takes his first peacock, Danny bags a turkey roaming in the coffee beans. Their plumage may be drastically different, but to find a contrast in flavor between these two fowl, a side by side taste test of smoked breast meat from each bird is on the menu.
11Wyoming Antelope with Ryan Callaghan
Ryan "Ol Cal" Callaghan travels to Wyoming with a few in antelope tags in his pocket. Upon arrival, Cal breaks down the highly contested corner crossing debate that originated not far from his hunting spot. With pronghorn aplenty, Cal can be patient and wait for a golden opportunity to fill his freezer. After a successful hunt, Cal shares his appreciation for the delectable meat with a simple and fresh way to indulge in speed goats.

13Making Chili Verde with Brad Leone and Ryan Callaghan

Brad and Cal had plans to recreate the recipe from The MeatEater Outdoor Cookbook by substituting bear meat for turkey. 14MeatEater's Great American Bull Boat Race
Steven Rinella and Ryan Callaghan test their woodsmanship and bushcraft skills to construct their own Bull Boats using only raw bison hide and willow branches. Steve and Cal then race their organically constructed vessels a few miles down a mighty Montana river during runoff. The first to successfully navigate the river in their boat and hoist the MeatEater flag will have bragging rights for ages to come. 15Oklahoma Mule Deer with MeatEater's Ryan Callaghan
Ryan Callaghan and Luke Thorkildsen of Weatherby head down to Oklahoma to chase a lesser know huntable species of the Sooner State - the eastern mule deer. Cal and Luke talk with the state university’s wildlife ecologist Coltor Chitwood, wildlife researcher Kirk Kuklinski, and Chief Conservation Officer from the Mule Deer Foundation Steve Belinda to discuss the current state of mule deer in the region. To help better understand their population, Cal and Luke hit the desolate hills in hopes of finding an Okie Muley in The Panhandle.
16Hoof Disease: A Washington Elk Hunt
Ryan Callaghan joins Jason Phelps in southwest Washington to shed light on treponeme-associated hoof disease (TAHD). Once only thought to affect sheep, goats, and cows, Hoof Disease has been detected in elk since 2008 and is slowly spreading east, which should be of concern to hunters across the west. After a long muzzleloader season, Jason unintentionally bags an infected elk, then accompanies Cal with an archery hunt. Afterwards, Cal joins Dr. Margaret Wild at a WSU Pullman research facility to find out the current state of the disease, what researchers are learning, and what hunters can and need to do to help.
17Hunting Flooded Timber Ducks with Ryan Callaghan
Ryan Callaghan travels south to the Arkansas Delta to hunt ducks in the flooded timber. Through the waterfowl community grapevine, Cal joins local farmers, Sam, John Arthur, and Harrison Whitaker, who share their duck-rich rice fields and flooded timber holes with close friends and family. Opportunities are abundant and the duck meat piles high in the coolers.
