Shamazulu, a girl with a large nose, is mocked by her village until a young warrior asks for her hand in marriage. She must decide if she has the courage to leave her family and go with him.
3Episode 3: Kossi's Inheritance
A dying old man promises his son, Kossi, an inheritance of "three truths." Kossi must discover what these truths are to decode his father's final message.
4Episode 4: Banfa and the Gift
Banfa is offended by a gift he receives from his uncle and discards it. His brother, Namori, retrieves the gift and makes a meaningful discovery.
5Episode 5: Malika's Courage
In Burkina Faso, Malika secretly follows her elders to a wedding celebration. Through her bravery, they manage to overcome the dangers they face during the journey
6Episode 6: Adamel
Adamel, the adopted son of a marabout (a West African religious leader), confronts the king's wrestler, Mbur. Adamel promises to win the fight and, if victorious, demands that the king grant freedom to all his servants.
