1Underground Crime
TfL work with British Transport Police to put a stop to the graffiti tagging from "Tox", a prolific offender. The revenue protection team tackle passengers travelling with invalid tickets, and at Southwark there is an unveiling of a mural painted by offenders.
2Mind the Gap
New recruit Jackie is training to become a customer services assistant and must face her fear of walking across a live track. Elsewhere, staff deal with a customer who has bought a ticket from a tout, and there's a royal engagement for one train operator.
3Under Pressure
Jackie starts work at King's Cross/St Pancras, but it's a busy day as the Picadilly line is suspended. A derailed train hits the headlines, football fans must be kept separate and a train operator is supported after a passenger incident.
