Twisted Lies

In Las Vegas, a few teens on their way to school come across an abandoned car with a 41-year-old mother of four handcuffed and murdered in the passenger seat. Investigators have a solid theory of the crime but no suspects until a records clerk in the insurance fraud unit blows the case wide open.
