Ward of the State

Completely frustrated with Kevin's lack of progress, Kevin's doctor sends him to dreaded Ward 5, a floor for those deemed "untreatable". In a flashback, Kevin recalls finding a classmate's body squashed on a railroad track. When he pawns the kid's CD player, the cops trace it back to Kevin and together they solve the mystery of the missing child.
