The ageing Aylesbury Estate is scheduled for demolition, but leaving their family home of 50 years is heartbreaking for John and Shirley. Janet and Andy tackle fly-tipping.

Andy and Wayne tackle a huge rat infestation in a derelict shop. When retired shipbuilder Mr Holland takes a tumble, Charmain helps him plan a makeover of his home.
