Exchange Policeman

A correct, honest and modest Chinese policeman, Desheng, arrives in Russia under a special experience exchange program and becomes a partner to the reckless Moscow operative Kostya. The Metropolitan Opera has watched Hong Kong action movies all his childhood and is now preparing to smash the criminal world with the partner of his dreams, and at the same time clearly explain to Desheng what it means to be Russian.
