Last Night, Another Soldier ...

Two hundred and thirty-six soldiers have been killed in Ulster since the emergency began in 1969. But very little has been heard publicly about the thoughts and feelings of the ordinary serviceman. Tonight's film covers three weeks in the life of eight riflemen bound for a routine four-month tour of duty in Belfast.
