Liron prepares for a fertility preservation procedure before starting hormone treatment. Noam and his family grapple with religious and halachic questions. Ilanit, Romi's mother, opens up about her feelings.
2Episode 2
Liron's egg retrieval procedure becomes complicated. Romi is accepted into the Southern Beauty Queen competition, but some of the contestants reject her. Noam reveals a secret blog and marches in the Pride Parade with his family. Ofri meets with the surgeon who will perform his gender-affirming surgery, accompanied by his mother and grandmother.
3Episode 3
Will Romi achieve her dream of becoming the first transgender beauty queen in southern Israel? Ofri enters the operating room for gender-affirming surgery. Noam's parents speak for the first time about the rapid transition process he went through. Liron earns his driver's license.
4Episode 4
Liron undergoes chest masculinization surgery, yet feels that his sense of manhood remains unchanged. Romi wants to obtain a passport and needs permission from her father, who is in prison, while also exploring her future in modeling. Ofri struggles with academic difficulties at school. Noam sits down for a conversation with his community rabbi.
5Episode 5
Noam worries about how he will be treated in the military. Ofri fights for his right to enlist and contribute. Romi is unsure whether she wants to serve in the military, while her mother hopes that she will. Liron decides that military service is not the right path for him and chooses to pursue acting instead.
