Ancient Greece - Visiting Athens - Part 2 - Parthenon - Assassin's Creed Odyssey

This is a history video lesson, the second part of a tour of 5th-century BC Athens, as presented in the game Assassin's Creed Odyssey (Ubisoft, 2018). This time, the focus is on the Parthenon. The exterior (pediment, metope, and columns) and interior (treasury and the statue of Athena Parthenos) are analyzed. A brief historical overview of the building is also offered, along with reading and reflection on a passage from the work Flesh and Stone.
