For the first time ever, 12 Naked and Afraid All-Stars are going overboard. They've been told it's a Lost Coast challenge in the South Pacific, but they're about to be shipwrecked in the dark of night instead. The All-Stars will have to survive for 35 days -- and then rescue themselves to go home.
1Abandon Ship
With emergency flares shooting off overhead, 12 Naked and Afraid all-stars are suddenly forced to grab what they can and plunge into the pitch-black Philippine Sea. A venomous jellyfish sting leaves a survivalist in agony and threatens their challenge.
2No Love Lost on the Lost Coast
Sparks fly at multiple camps. Fire engulfs Patrick's shelter and a screaming match erupts. Darrin and his partners clash over survival priorities. While Dani and Jamie battle injury and illness, Jarrell scores fish. Adam tries a new water strategy.
3Snake Island Bites Back
Darrin leads a water pipeline build. Patrick calls out his partners. Adam squares off with a deadly viper. Dani scores a potential food win. In the dead of night, Jarrell's fire blazes out of control. A survivalist must be medically evacuated.
4Typhoon Warning
Stung by Patrick's criticism, Allison gathers debris to craft an improvised fishing net. A tropical storm pounds all four camps. Mandy and Adam must abandon their battered shelter and push into the dense jungle. Two teams secure much-needed food wins.
5Smoke Signals and Fire Fights
Spotting smoke on a distant shore, a team pushes to find another camp. The jungle trek has Mandy at her breaking point. Dani and Jarrell's clashing survival styles spark a blowout fight. A survivalist is medically evacuated from the challenge.
6Spewing and Stinging Venom
Dani and Jarrell's heated fight splinters their camp, forcing Jamie to pick sides. A dangerous hunt leads to a shocking food win in another camp. As teams merge, dynamics begin to shift. An agonizing stingray attack puts a survivalist at risk.
7The Lost Coast's Revenge
After the stingray attack, Jamie battles searing pain and a deadly infection. Malu and Mandy struggle with Ana Lis' survival priorities. All of the camps finally meet and combine their map pieces to plan their rescue. Two survivalists are removed from the challenge.
