The boy no-clips to Level 1, a giant liminal parking garage. And the Bacteria followed him.

The boy takes the elevator down to Level 19, a tiny creaky attic, and he's not alone.
4The Poolrooms - Level 37
After noclipping through the floor, the boy wakes up in Level 37. The Poolrooms. A maze of white tiled pools, and there's a Bacteria in there with him.
5The Pacrooms - Level PAC
After the boy falls backwards through the wall, he falls into a sublevel known as Level PAC. Inside, he turns on a Pac-Man arcade machine, which triggers a hungry, real-life PAC-Man to come after him.
