Season 1 follows Daniel Mercer, the founder and CEO of Lynx Aerospace, as the company enters its most important year yet. Lynx is developing a revolutionary reusable rocket while preparing for major commercial contracts and its biggest launch ever. But behind the impressive offices and rockets are boardroom arguments, financial pressure, engineering problems, investor demands and plenty of workplace chaos. As Daniel pushes Lynx to grow faster, his decisions increasingly clash with his executives and employees. The season explores whether Daniel can turn Lynx into a global aerospace powerhouse without losing control of the company—or himself.
