We're Making Improvements

“We’re Making Improvements” sees CaseOh reopening GoobLagoon after earning its first star and beginning a major round of upgrades. He starts improving the park, cleans up the facilities and hires Benjamin as a maintenance worker, while continuing to deal with increasingly ridiculous customers and safety problems. The episode also includes the infamous Dakota incident, which becomes the first major GoobLagoon disaster and sets up the park’s future legal troubles.
