Satyamev Jayate

Vashishtha teaches the story of Harishchandra, inspiring Ram to uphold truth always. Maricha and Subahu overhear this and plot to trick Ram into lying to weaken him. Using magic, they try to trap him, but Ram's cleverness exposes their failure. Enraged, they attack in their true forms, but Ram defeats them again and lets them flee with a warning.
