Si King and Dave Myers prepare pan-fried pork medallions, and are joined by comedian Tom O'Connor, who cooks spaghetti con polpette. They also introduce a quarter-final in the contest to find Britain's best family of cooks, and the seven-minute supper is winter vegetable crepes with fondue sauce.
