The Hairy Bikers host another heat of the contest to find Britain's best cooking family with a lesson in how to make tagliatelle and a seven-minute supper of meatballs with cherry tomato sauce, which viewers can cook along to at home. Jo Wood is the special guest; she makes caramelised apple floating islands, and Si and Dave make cinnamon, banana and blueberry muffins.
