Jessie pulls up to a checkpoint, where the smell of marijuana puts her immediately under suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs. Justin, a 23-year-old college student, runs into a checkpoint and finds out quickly he's way over the limit.
2Cierra & Jimmy
21-year-old Cierra, claims she hasn't been drinking when she's pulled over at a sobriety checkpoint; Jimmy, is brought in when an officer notices him driving erratically and worries what his family will think when he's suspected of driving drunk and high.

John is arrested at a checkpoint while on the way to pick his wife up from the airport; 20-year-old college sophomore, Jarrett, has a basketball scholarship and could lose it all when he's pulled over after drinking at a party.

Wes, a truck driver and father of four can't perform the field sobriety tests at a DUI checkpoint; Keshia is in rehab and worries that being arrested will ruin any chance of finishing her recovery.
