Elana and Brian

An awkward, dated house on a shaky foundation was all Elana and Brian could afford when they bought in an up-and-coming area of the city. Now, a real estate boom and huge increase in their property value has Elana seeing dollar signs and dreaming of new home bliss. One problem: Brian is in love with their now trendy neighbourhood and its proximity to his work.
