In Manchester, Asia from Poland doesn't like lamb at all but Henry and Tom serve two different lamb dishes for their traditional British dinner, while Vinne and Tanz offer lamb three ways.

Former tour rep Janine and her singing salesman husband Steve kick off in West Yorkshire with a German themed menu. They are joined by Michaela and Denzil, and Chloe and Adam.

In the west of Scotland, a loosely themed Italian menu, a beef stroganoff that fails to live up to its billing, and a Scottish and Indian fusion menu that leaves the guests high and dry.
