Hurricane City - New Orleans

Sitting on a hurricane highway, and surrounded on every side by water, New Orleans is directly exposed. Using CGI to strip it of its steel and concrete, we explore the infrastructure that keeps New Orleans safe from 30ft waves and tropical cyclones.
