A Second Chance

Coming before the Colorado Board of Parole is Benny Sandoval, who is serving a sentence for 1st degree attempted murder. North in Wyoming, Steve Barela, convicted of 2nd degree murder of his wife, hopes the board will give him a chance at parole.
