1We're The Kids In America
Parents-to-be Emalee and Nate attend school and Nate's motocross tournament together. Jenna and son Luca return to Pennsylvania from a summer spent in Myrtle Beach. Expecting 15-year old Kayleigh facetimes her boyfriend Graham and serves her family during a shift at work.
2Edge Of Seventeen
Teen mom-to-be Aniyah has her boyfriend, Dakwon, paint her baby bump while she and mom Ashley plan her "extra" baby shower. Matt helps Jenna and Luca make the move to Myrtle Beach. Kayleigh's mom, Mandy, gifts her a new car and they, head to take her permit test. At Nate's motocross tournament, Emalee sees his competitive side.
3And The Old Folks Wished Them Well
Lilly asks Kim to help her with school drop-off as Lawrence works. Aniyah and Dakwon bring their families to an ultrasound. Things take a turn as Aniyah ends up in the ER. Emalee tells her dad about her plans to move in with Nate’s family when their baby is born. Matt meets Jenna’s boyfriend JJ.
4Mommy's Alright, Daddy's Alright
Lilly tells Lawrence they have to start planning for their wedding, now in 3 months. Kayleigh and Mandy start planning the baby shower, while Graham and mom Bekki discuss Graham's struggles. Emalee and Nate have a tense date after Emalee's difficult checkup.
5Preeclampsia
Aniyah starts to feel sick and, despite her mom's skepticism, goes to the ER. Lilly and Lawrence host Christmas dinner for their families and make a big announcement. Kayleigh and Mandy prepare and throw Kayleigh's baby shower, annoyed that Graham and Bekki aren't very involved.
6Dad, Bye
Aniyah's Covid-positive during labor, and she has to choose whether Daedae or her mom will be her one visitor during birth. When Kayleigh confronts Graham about his unreliability, he emotionally breaks down. LJ completely derails Lilly's meeting at her wedding venue. After another tough appointment, Emalee and Nate struggle to communicate and support each other.
7Go Shawty, It's Your Birthday
Jenna prepares for her birthday with JJ and Dalanie. Lilly feels overwhelmed by wedding planning and her limited budget as she shops for a dress. Aniyah gives birth to baby Aniyis, without Dakwon there. Emalee goes into labor, but is quickly derailed from her birth plan.
8We Gonna Party Like It's Your Birthday
Aaliyah totally throws off Lilly's wedding planning when she comes down with the flu. Tension between JJ and Dalanie gets in the way of Jenna's birthday. Emalee is terrified to have a C-section, but gives birth to healthy baby Westley. Kayleigh's able to schedule an induction and practice motherhood, but Graham is MIA.
9Baby Mamma Mamma Drama
Mandy and Kayleigh prepares for Kayleigh's induction, inviting Graham and Bekki over to hash things out. Aniyah and Dakwon try to figure out their family dynamic at newborn baby Aniyis' christening.
10Girl, You'll Be A Woman Soon
Kayleigh's labor begins, and she's frustrated with the slow pace and lack of support. Jenna attends custody court back in Pennsylvania, and the outcome is her worst-case scenario. Emalee isn't a fan of living at Taryn's, and she worries that she's resenting Nate. Dakwon gives Aniyah a promise ring, but throws things off track with his announcement he's enlisting in the military.
11O-O-H Child
Lawrence and his groomsmen head out for a bachelor party full of tequila and surprises -- much to Lilly's concern. Aniyah and Dakwon go out to lunch, and both seem concerned they'll be unable to stay faithful and present if he leaves for the Air Force.
12The Old Man And The C-Section
Kayleigh has a successful C-section -- and welcomes baby Easton -- but he comes back to reality during the painful car ride home, where Graham offers little support. At her bachelorette party, a surprise stripper makes Lilly uncomfortable and infuriates Lawrence. Emalee and Westley have moved out of Taryn's, and are no longer speaking with her, putting Nate in the middle. Aniyah tries to get Dakwon to babysit so she can head out for work promoting at a party -- making her boyfriend jealous.
13The Kids Are Alright
After staying over for just one night, Graham leaves Kayleigh to take care of newborn baby Easton on her own. Kayleigh, her friends and Mandy, all doubt that Graham will step up to the plate in the future. Despite a pregnancy scare and some pre-wedding jitters, Lilly and Lawrence finally say their "I Dos," and have the time of their lives at their wedding. Stressed about her custody situation, and distanced from Dalanie, Jenna finds out that she's pregnant. She worries about how JJ will take the news, and how they'll work things out going forward.
