The battle between the demons ends and the winner is Asur Shumbh, who becomes the leader of the demons. Ganesh and Kartikeya are almost caught by Asur Guru Shukracharya. He also gathers an armada of demons to rage war against the Devtas. Ganesh gets to know the danger that lies ahead of them.
