1New House, New Girl, New Love
Everyone’s excited about the new Terrace House. With a new female housemate and romance in the air, the long-awaited new season is about to begin! Daiki goes from kickboxing to unboxing. Tecchan eagerly awaits the new girl joining. Will the new house cause more things to happen, or will they need to call in Seina-sensei?
2There Must Be a Catch
Mai invites Tetsuya on a surfing date. Later he hears from Michi that Mai called him her ideal guy. He gets really excited, but will it last? Tecchan is practicing for the sleeping olympics in Tokyo 2020. Daiki tries to wear a suit. Tecchan goes surfing with Maimai.
3Jealousy
Tetsuya thinks differently about Mai, who is getting on well with Yosuke. Rina is bewildered by Mai’s conduct. Yosuke’s kind words make Rina cry. The house mates now try to re-brand Tecchan as the least smooth guy in Japan. Maimai is a bull in the figurative social china shop.
4Singing a Different Melody
Tetsuya is confused by Mai’s recent activity, and Miwako suggests celebrating Mai’s birthday. Meanwhile, Mai joins Yosuke and Rina for music practice. Rinati is plotting how to kill Maimai. Should she push her down the stairs? Use piano wire to blame a pianist? Or maybe poison her Chey latte?
5Love Is Like Fireworks
A few days after their date, Mai makes Tetsuya breakfast. Later, Mai notices Tetsuya acting strangely at her birthday party. Tecchan goes on a date with maimai. Daiki catches a crab almost as big as Mi-ko’s boobs.
6A Love Song All So Suddenly...
The house members distrust Mai, who cools on Tetsuya after seeing his behavior. On a date, Yosuke confesses his love to Rina with an original song.
7Is It a Dry Flower
Yosuke tells Rina she is the one for him. Tetsuya finally decides to confess his feelings to Mai, but she reveals her true feelings to everyone first.
8First Confession of Love
Everyone lets loose on Mai, telling her they can't trust her. Later, while alone together, Tetsuya tells Mai he likes her.
9Fourth Time Being Honest
Dyki seeks Hana’s advice about a new venture. He makes a decision about his relationship with Miwako and tells Tetsuya and Yosuke everything.
10The Last Lie Is a White Lie
Mai is fretting over a house meeting. Tetsuya invites her to dinner to learn her true feelings. Miwako talks to Tetsuya about Dyki leaving the house.
11I Will Be in Friends All the Time
Dyki and Miwako are about to move on from the Terrace House. Tetsuya and the other housemates have a surprise for them at their last Christmas party.
