A group of 16 kids from around Australia face their final few weeks of primary school with heightened emotions as they prepare to leave their old lives behind.

With Year 6 behind them & the first day of high school rapidly approaching, the kids are starting to get nervous, excited & scared. It's the last 10 days of holidays & they all want to make the most of their time off.
3Episode 3
Having survived their first day of high school the kids debrief about the litany of firsts they experienced and it seems making new friends looms large on everyone's agenda.

As the kids ease into the new school year Damon decides to run for student council, however, will have to give an entertaining speech and is upset when he loses a valuable item.

Ben masters the art of the necktie for school, revels in a homework-free month and vies for a cricket premiership coached by his dad.

The weeks fly by and Wyatt knows he needs to get good marks in order to keep his parents happy and avoid additional tutoring on the weekend, however, his report card arrives this week and contains his fate.

After frustrations with the Gold Program, Ben finds a more effective way of absorbing his English novels as he jockeys to move into mainstream classes.

As Keira's birthday approaches she goes shopping at a favourite place. As she stresses over an annoying classmate who picks on her, she worries no boy will ever like her.

Introvert Hudson resolves to speak up more in class as he puts himself forward for form leader and strategizes with family about how to deal with lunchtime bullies.

As Ben's lucrative revenue stream through footy umpiring and a side business at school dries up he wonders how he'll be able to afford to maintain his expensive wardrobe.

Seb wants to earn his own money so starts applying for jobs, Harley struggles near the bottom of the class in maths, Eleena goes to Sydney for a modelling competition & Chelsea is upset with her friends.

Ty signs up to a social media app without his Mum's consent, Christian surprises himself with a science project with hopes it may bring him a windfall & Damon finds business profits much easier than his classroom maths.

Eleena's tactics to get to know a boy she likes pays off, Wyatt gets detention over inappropriate behaviour, Rosie misses her old best friends from primary school, and Ben grapples with whether to go out with a girl.

Hudson finds a thrilling new way to earn cash, Isabel flies high competing at the Australian Circus Championships, Tyler gets a coveted award, and Christian attends a party where the romantic odds are in his favour.

Seb panics about his upcoming 6 months anniversary with his girlfriend, he gets a job to help pay for a gift, Chelsea realises chores are the way forward to getting the things she needs, Damon's acting takes front and centre.

Ty enjoys a trip back to Japan and rediscovers his grandparents' neighbourhood, Eleena mourns a devastating loss, Hudson joyously welcomes a furry member into the family, and Isabel gets into Student Representative Council.

Damon begins preparing for new auditions, Keira is feeling the pressure to do well in exams, Wyatt is in trouble after lying to his Mum about getting suspended from school, Leila struggles with being in the selective class.

As the school year draws to a close the kids are excited to have made it through and reflect on how they've changed. For the last time they share their advice, tips, worries, fears and highs and lows from their Year 7 life.
