Travel to the Eau Claire Downtown Farmers Market to meet cheesemaker Inga Witscher, host of PBS Wisconsin’s Around the Farm Table. Her micro-dairy, St. Isidore’s Dairy, uses its cows’ milk to produce small-batch aged cheddar.
